درود به همه! امروز می‌خوام تجربه شگفت‌انگیزم رو در محله پارسیان بمبئی با شما به اشتراک بذارم. این محله یکی از تاریخی‌ترین و فرهنگی‌ترین مناطق شهر بمبئی هست که پارسیان، یکی از اقلیت‌های مذهبی و قومی ایران، در اونجا زندگی می‌کنن.

پارسیان، ایرانیان اصیلی هستن که در قرن هفتم میلادی به دنبال حمله عرب‌های مسلمان به ایران، از جنوب ایران به ایالت گجرات هند مهاجرت کردن و از اونجا به مرور به بمبئی اومدن. این گروه موفق به حفظ فرهنگ، زبان و آداب و رسوم خودشون شدن و نقش مهمی در توسعه اقتصاد هند ایفا کردن.

در این محله، می‌تونید بناهای تاریخی، معابد زرتشتی و خانه‌های سنتی پارسیان رو ببینید. من با پارسیان زیادی صحبت کردم و اطلاعات زیادی در مورد تاریخچه و فرهنگشون به دست آوردم.


رستوران پارسی و زرشک پلوی پارسی:
یکی از بهترین تجربیات من در این محله، بازدید از یک رستوران پارسی بود. مدیر رستوران که اصالتاً از یزد بود و زبان فارسی رو به خوبی صحبت می‌کرد، با مهربانی به من خوش‌آمد گفت و منو با غذاهای خوشمزه پارسی آشنا کرد. من زرشک پلو با مرغ رو امتحان کردم که طعمی بی‌نظیر داشت .
