Shemshak Ski Resort is located 57 kilometers northeast of the Iranian capital of Tehran, and is located in the city of Shemshak. The ski resort is about a 90-minute drive away from Tehran
Shemshak is a ski resort situated to the north-east of Tehran in the Alborz mountain range.
Shemshak is the second largest ski area in Iran after Dizin and Darbansar. It came into operation in 1958. It includes two chairlifts and three surface lifts.[1][2] The slopes lie at an altitude of 2,550 m to 3,050 m above sea level. The resort includes two main slopes each with a chair lift that apex at the top and several lifts. There are no lighting facilities for night skiing.
Shemshak has classically catered to more advanced skiers while Dizin has drawn beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers. The slopes are quite steep and many of the runs are mogul runs.

Semi-Truck Loses Back Wheels Trying to Turn Around Safety Barriers
A semi-truck lost its four back wheels after struggling to complete a turn around safety barriers in Doral, Florida, on May 20.
Video shared by Jorge L Alvarez documents the large truck struggling to turn as a safety bollard was caught beneath its container, blocking its back wheels. After several attempts to readjust, the driver eventually plows forward, and the truck dramatically loses its hind four wheels in the process.
Alvarez told Storyful the incident occurred when he and his coworker arrived to the office in the morning. He added that it took the whole day for the vehicle’s remains to be removed and towed away.

Beautiful Athlete Pole Vault ll Allison Stokke
Allison Rebecca Stokke Fowler born March 22, 1989 is an American track and field athlete and fitness model. She broke a number of American records for high school pole vaulting. Images of her at age seventeen were widely shared on the Internet, resulting in her becoming an internet phenomenon.
Stokke continued to pole vault, attending University of California, Berkeley, and competing for their California Golden Bears collegiate track team. She competed at two NCAA Division I Championships, achieving All-American honors at the 2011 NCAA Indoor Championships, and earned regional level all-academic honors through her combined athletic and academic performances. She attempted to make the American Olympic team at the 2012 United States Olympic Trials but failed to record a height. She continued vaulting at national level meetings up to 2017
