As commercial real estate loans come due this year and into next, small regional banks are expected to face major turbulence. Office and retail spaces have faced high vacancy rates in the past few years, as work-from-home culture took over.

Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Toppings:
4 strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons 80% dark chocolate chunks
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios

1. Mash the raspberries with a fork
2. Mix mashed raspberries, Greek yogurt and maple syrup together
3. Spread the mixture on a plate lined with parchment paper
4. Add the toppings
5. Freeze for a few hours or until set
6. Break into pieces
7. Let it sit in room temperature for a few minutes before serving to let it melt a bit! You can store it in a container in the freezer
